Pin Thugs

Two guys in leather jackets trying to keep pinball alive in upstate NY

It all started in November 1997, when two guys headed from Saratoga over to Bennington Vermont to look at a few older machines for sale. We both happened to be wearing black leather jackets that afternoon, so we started calling ourselves the Pin Thugs. After getting a few machines to play with at home, we had to find a place for other people to play them - and the local YMCA was in need of a better deal for their game room. We buy older beat machines, fix them up so they're playable, and put them in the gameroom at 25 cents a play.

Here are a few game-specific photo pages, mostly of games that have since been sold.
